MovingHelpers.ca provides moving labor services including but not limited to:

Unless explicitly stated in writing, we do not provide transportation services. If transportation is provided, it is offered under separate terms.
3. Booking and Service Requests
Submitting a booking or quote request does not guarantee service availability. Services are confirmed only after:

4. Pricing and Payment
All pricing:

5. Client Responsibilities

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or materially different from those described.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, access issues, building restrictions, or events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for damage to items that are:
● improperly packed● fragile and not disclosed● previously damaged● structurally weak or unstable
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. No Guarantee of Time Estimates
Any time estimates provided are approximations only. Actual service duration may vary based on circumstances including but not limited to:
● accessibility● volume of items● weather conditions● building rules● client preparedness
We do not guarantee completion within any specific timeframe.
8. Refusal or Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service if:
● working conditions are unsafe● abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs● information provided is inaccurate● payment is refused or disputed● job conditions differ materially from description
In such cases, charges may still apply for time spent or dispatch costs.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
